It has never been a good policy to bother all the good people to try to stop a few evil ones. Mainly because the evil people know the law and know how to bypass it. You will only jail some good people who forgot some silly permission. Bad news for your penitentiary system... I'd say that your conservatist government is against the pornography and eroticism in general, and child pornography is just an excuse to produce these restrictive laws. Saludos from Spain! It isn't that it would be impossible for you to comply, but I certainly can't blame you for not wanting to go there.
