Free Speech, Corporate Personhood, and Suffrage
I read an interesting post on Salon this morning, and followed it over to the personal blog of the guy who wrote it.
Notwithstanding that the SCOTUS has deliberately decided not to rule on the corporate personhood issue, they have decided that corporations have the right to as much if not more free speech than us biological units.
What is more central an exercise of free speech than the right to vote?
