How do we achieve this?

Men in general need to be controlled, lest they fall into crime, waste their money on shiny objects and frivolous entertainment, become lobbyists, and/or start wars. This is a result of the fact that the sexual energy of the male is generally out of control. Nature gave us a surplus of males to allow for thinning of the herd, but this means that their sexual energy is "on" at all times. Only by containing this sexual energy can a woman divert it to more productive ends. Therefore it is very important for women to keep their males in control, just as it is also important for the women to be able to train new males as may be required in the future. Here at the Gold Star Academy of Discipline we teach a variety of control and conditioning techniques to suit all possible needs.

First of all, we are firmly convinced, not the very least by years of our experience, that the behaviorists hold an important key to training of the male. In other words, we should reward good behavior so as to encourage it, while at the same time making sure that bad behavior is never rewarded.

It is sometimes true that the opposite is true, and that bad behavior will simply go away if it is ignored, but we do not live in a vacuum, and often such behavior either simply continues or escalates if ignored. Such behavior needs to be firmly squelched. The miscreant should be punished, humbled, and made to beg for forgiveness. So we teach our girls techniques of humiliation, instruction in male inferiority, and a variety of physical punishment techniques. When they leave this school, girls should have the creativity they will need to exact appropriate punishment in any situation.
