True discipline comes from within

In elementary school, most teachers are dominant females, whether they understand what dominance is or not, and certainly whether they have heard of BDSM or not. They are women who enjoy telling children what to do. If you were to observe a class for very long, you would see children being indoctrinated with a myriad of rules, solely for the sake of giving rules. That's how the lowest level schools are operated - the children are told what to do, and they must do it. They are not given options

Here's the issue: It is normally the case that in middle school we begin to give students what we consider the opportunity to learn, which means they have the option to choose not to do so. The theory is that given the freedom to choose to learn, they will seize this opportunity and take the initiative. Boys at that age are less mature than girls, and have not yet learned good study habits. They still need to be told what to do. But what we are doing is giving them the choice of slacking off. At the same time we give all students in middle school passing grades in order not to crush their fragile psyches. What we are effectively doing is rewarding them for their bad behavior with good grades. Is it any wonder they continue the downward slide?

Of course we feel that keeping boys busy and productive in public schools will result in them continuing to progress, rather than allowing their hormones to take over and rule their idle minds. Unfortunately, the tide has yet to turn. As with many experimental educational techniques, there is no followup to determine the true effectivenes. Since we cannot have control over what is happening to these boys while they are in public schools, we have done research to determine what we can do that will be most effective in instilling self-control. We have determined that clearly, the males in our prep school need to be regressed into total dependency and helplessness in order to begin their indoctrination. The residential program is ideal for this purpose, as boys are never without supervision, and soon, given some tough love, learn to do their work and turn it in on time.

A difficult issue we face here daily is males who have reached high school age before coming to our school. Unfortunately their egos and sense of privilege are so large, we have no option but to crush them entirely, through any means possible. It's a tough job, but we take our work seriously, and we always succeed.
