Before we can set goals for our young males, we must examine each student, to understand his educational potential in order to balance it against his desires. It is true that we can bring almost all boys to the college level in two years time, though we do have to drive them rather hard to accomplish this. Unfortunately, for many boys this is overachieving, and only through finding a college environment as structured as our own can he maintain this educational level. Sometimes it seems that it is a miracle that some boys don't completely forget how to read, and we know they have forgotten how to write in complete sentences, now don't we?
It is often the case that boys will have unreasonable expectations for their future. For instance, they may be under the impression that they can get an easy part-time job that will pay enough money for them to relax in luxury in their spare time. They may also feel that some successful woman will find them so sexy and macho that she will work full-time to "keep" them, just as their parents did by spoiling them as youngsters.
We are here to break them of these misapprehensions. Here a boy will learn that he exists for the purpose of serving the greater good, and treating his Mistress as a Goddess and serving as a slave is an excellent place to start.
The education we provide for our boys is intended to have them reach their full potential by encouraging them to acquire the following qualities:
- Obedience - A male must be prepared to obey his Female Superiors unquestioningly.
- Humility - Cockiness or bravado in a man is embarrassing to the people around him, as it demonstrates he is clueless about his intrinsic value.
- Service - The highest order of fulfillment is for a man to loyally serve his Mistress and others as she directs.
- Discipline - Discipline is not another word for punishment, but a strength from within that is a sure sign of the well-trained male.
