Women's Hotel Residences

Women and girls live on-campus in our spacious Hotel Residences. The girls live in apartment suites with private bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. In each suite there is a common kitchen and living room.

In shared living arrangements kitchens are often problematic, as cooking and cleaning are rarely shared equitable. This is not an issue here for several reasons. First, cooking within the apartments is not necessary, as meals are served in the Dining Hall. But should cleaning be necessary, a male can be ordered to do so in order to fulfil his service requirement.

All suites have generous balconies overlooking the woods and hillsides, and in the warm summer evenings, girls often relax on the chaises and sip cool drinks brought to them by their slave trainees while they watch the sun set over the distant mountains.

Female faculty and administrative staff live in a similar hotel residence hall. The apartments for adult females are single occupancy, each with one bedroom, full bath, a living room, study, and small kitchen.

On each floor of a Hotel Residence is a salon, a public space where residents can relax and hold meetings and intellectual discussions. Also on each floor is a cubby where an on-call submissive is available to be buzzed from each room in case a woman needs for him to run her an errand, clean up something, cook her a meal, or serve as a source of amusement.

Behind the girls' hotel residence is an Olympic size swimming pool, and between the two hotel residences are the tennis courts. An underground tunnel joins the two residences, so that during inclement weather, residents can pass between buildings in order to use the indoor pool located in the basement of the faculty residence.

Another underground tunnel goes from the Hotel Residences to the Women's Dining Hall, where meals are cooked and served by boys under the expert supervision of our male slaves. We have found this to be an excellent multi-faceted training for them. They learn to cook, clean, and serve according to high standards, which would be useful not only in serving their Mistresses in years to come, but also in seeking employment. Our boys make some of the best waiters in the hospitality industry. In the off hours, a skeleton staff mans the Women's Dining Hall so that food can be prepared at any time and delivered to any Hotel Residence.

There are regular weekend and vacation seminars and workshops for women visitors, who need to stay on campus. Housing is limited on-campus. We do regularly send girls off-campus to study and observe elsewhere, but we feel it is unfair to our girls to lend out private rooms to strangers. We have set aside the top floor of the Faculty Hotel Residence for these visitors, who share suite accomodations similar to those found in the Girls' Hotel Residence. Of course, meals and cleaning are included with all workshops.

Although it is a bit more expensive this way, we have found that the level of creature comforts provided by having full-time servants allows us to charge a premium price, which subsidizes the tuition cost for parents.
