The Complexities of Service
Many schools nowadays have adopted a "service" requirement for their students, and our school is no different. Well, actually, the requirement is different. We require the males to provide service to the young women, and the young women to give service to the community. Delegation is an important part of management, and the young women who choose to assign their service duties to males are responsible for giving them complete supervision and guidance in completing the tasks.
To get a male accustomed to serving a Mistress and actively seeking realistic ways in which he can serve her, he must understand that his purpose in life is to make her life easier. Males have a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual service requirement to complete. Any young woman can order a male to perform service for her, and provided he serves adequately, she will give him credit for performing this service. However, on the days when no young woman does order him to provide service, he will need to proactively find one who can use his services. Daily service must be performed every day. Larger blocks of service time can count toward the weekly, monthly or annual special project.
It is in no small part due to this service requirement of ours that we have been able to tap the energies of our young males in working for the school, as well. Doing this has made tuition affordable enough that we are able to keep them here indefinitely, or until they decide to straighten out their acts.
We have found that males who complete this service program provide service that is unflaggingly helpful and cheerful, anticipating the needs of those around them.
