The nation’s top two law enforcement officials acknowledged Friday the FBI broke the law to secretly pry out personal information about Americans. They apologized and vowed to prevent further illegal intrusions.
Excuse me, did anyone really believe they would not abuse this power to snoop? Do they seriously expect us to believe them now?

Being Japanese means never having to say sorry — at least to their WWII sex slaves. Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said on Monday that Japan will not apologize for forcing women to act as sex slaves for Japanese soldiers in World War 2 even if a U.S. House of Representatives resolution demanding an apology is adopted.
