Me, that is.
I’ve been IM’d by a few interesting conversationalists and lot of random dudes who have a much different idea of how they come off in chat than the impression they give me. Only after a guy turns out to be really interesting would I add him to my buddy list.
The guy who IM’d me last night was a real winner.
My availability was set to “In bed”, and it was on ‘idle’. It was, after all, 2:30 am.
Read this: This was a dumb time to IM me. Just because you can’t get to sleep doesn’t mean I’m going to be available to provide free entertainment at any hour, let alone during what is clearly my sleep period.
Well at least he didn’t try to buzz me.
He found me in the members archive of a yahoo group with a ‘dominant females’ theme. He came looking for me to provide him with free pictures. Why did he think I should give him pictures? Because it would please him, and he would show me one of his.
OMG, LOL. If you read anything in any dominant females group, you’d be able to guess that I don’t care about pleasing strange guys who I don’t know. Not only don’t I care whether they ever get pleased again, but I am also not interested in seeing photos of their ugly faces or their pathetic, hairy genitalia.
An encounter like this does not improve the chance that I will click the “add” button on friends request. Pretty much puts the kibosh on it.

They seem to be getting rather long, don’t you think? It’s time for a pedicure. Shall I trim them back a bit?
The verdict: I bought some acetone nail polish to strip them, which works a lot better than the non-acetone. Then I trimmed back the longer ones about 1/16th of an inch, which made them a lot more comfortable.

There’s a guy who calls once in a while to talk about Niteflirt. He’s mostly interested in what other callers ask for and do, not in getting off himself. So we talk in general about calls I have had recently.
I told him about a couple of recent calls that maybe were a little out of the ordinary, and then I mentioned something about featuring. He didn’t understand featuring at all, not how it affects what he sees on the site, nor how it affects us girls’ income. I talked, and he asked questions, and finally he came to an understanding of what it is about.
He was absolutely shocked at how it works.
So here’s the deal: When you visit the Niteflirt homepage, you see 6 girls on that first page. They aren’t there randomly. In fact, they have bid per click to get in that spot, outbidding all other flirts who are also bidding.
They probably bid $.50 to $1.50 per click to be on that front page. As you go down, to the following pages, you will notice a heading “featured flirts” and a drop-down box that allows you to switch to “highest rated”. The further you get back, the lower the bids, until you finally get through the “featured flirts”, and get to the listings by ratings.
What it means to pay that money per click is whenever a Niteflirt customer clicks on your listing, including your photo, you are charged with a click, whether or not he actually calls you. The clicks can really add up when you’re on the front page, for a number of reasons. First, almost everybody who lands on that front page clicks at least one of the girls, maybe all of them, even though they may be clearly not what they are looking for. Then, Niteflirt has affiliate banners all over the web displaying live listings of flirts who are currently available. Any current Niteflirt customer who clicks the picture of a girl on a banner – even if just as a shortcut to the site – causes her to be charged for a click.
We’re not just talking a few clicks here. A girl can easily get charged $20 or more for clicks per each call she gets, and calls you get off the front page are usually shorter than the ones who call you after actually reading your listing to see what you like to offer. The money can just flow out of your account until there is none left.
So when you see mistresses or money-raping greedy bitches on the front page, there’s a reason: they are making most of their money on tributes and other payment mail. It’s the only way they can afford to be on the front page.

I recently spoke with a customer who we’ll call John.
John and I just talked at length about his lifelong obsession with high heels. I know that many fetishists recall some seminal incident that started their fixation, and John is no different. For John, going through puberty while in a classroom run by a beautiful woman in dangerously high heels set off a lifetime desire to worship a woman’s shoes and be abused by them.

If you are squeamish, read no further!
I was feeling unwell this weekend. Last night I was online with a slave of mine who was hoping to speak with me. Unfortunately, my vocal cords were not in any condition to use, so he couldn’t call me. But with some consideration, I agreed to have an extended chat online with him.
We decided to go through a little fantasy for him. I was the Amazon Queen, who had captured him and was interrogating him with various tortures. He had no information to give, but would never reveal that to me, as that in itself would have been revealing too much.
Finally I decided that this had gone on long enough. It was getting nowhere. I was never going to release him. So I told him I was going to castrate him. He would become my dutiful and docile servant. He could never go home again, as to do so would open him to shame and humiliation when people found out what I had done to him.

My personal feeling is that the differences for any one individual are smaller than influences of the cultural forces that are in motion around us. So a culture of glorification of thuggishness and anti-intellectualism is having an influence on male learning in suburbs and cities, among middle class and immigrants. Girls seem to be less influenced by this.
They used to call it “tracking” when students were grouped by ability into different sections and taught different material. Of course, the class at the bottom got less learning, while the one at the top got better resources and learned more.
Since then, there have been big changes in this system. Research has shown that when students of all levels are grouped together, everyone learns more. I have no idea under what conditions they reached this conclusion, as my experience (and other teachers I have spoken with about this, too) is that the teacher is now expected to come up with and teach separate lesson plans to perhaps three or four different groups in the same classroom. The preponderance in some classes is group work, where students of different levels work together or delegate to each group member what they are best able to do.
Okay, that’s the theory. The fact is that most of the teacher’s classtime is spent trying to keep bratty kids with no intentions of learning from disrupting work in the classroom. These are students who are willing to work much harder to avoid learning than it would take to complete course requirements. Students at the lowest levels don’t understand, as the coursework is far above them. The work is geared toward the middle level in the class, and although it’s easy enough for these kids, they generally don’t do the work. Kids at the top are no longer getting the high quality education you would expect for college bound students.
Don’t get me started on “groupwork”. The way that plays out is you take a worksheet that any member of the group could quite reasonably be expected to complete on their own, you hand it to a group of kids that shoot the shit for a while. Finally one group member does the assignment, or each does one question, then everybody copies everybody else’s paper, without a single person checking to see if the work was done correctly.
Upper level classes now – with a few exceptions – are generally 10:1 girls to boys. Often the boys are less well prepared for upper level classes by the fact that they were already behind when they showed up as freshmen, after having coasted in middle school for three years. So often I would hear parents say that they fully expected their (now-freshman) son would buckle down and start working after the first disastrous quarter in high school, when it was clear to me that the boy has seriously delayed reading and writing ability.
The fact is that girls start with a slight language ability over boys. This can be compensated for by hard work, but hard work is something that we don’t like to give students anymore, as they don’t do it, and teachers get in trouble for giving bad grades to students who don’t do their work. The only serious academic class I was ever in where the boys greatly outnumbered the girls was a computer programming class.
Solutions? Not sure. Require kids to learn stuff? Stop acting as though the purpose of middle school is to bolster fragile egos? You’ve got me.

I spoke last night with a guy who heard my recorded message and just had to call. Well, that does seem to happen, but this particular caller was not interested in reliving his early experiences in the Principal’s office with that added wicked erotic twist. No, he just wanted to talk about the reality/realism level of our school, and real disciplinary measures that we apply.
I had to break it to him that more than the names have been changed. It’s more than a little bit fantasy, but it works much better that way, especially for me, as it’s my fantasy.
Not to let on too much about what does happen when a student is called into the Principal’s session for a training session, but I had to break it to him that it’s not about pure punishment, except by special request of the trainee. I’m not really looking for pain sluts to be my major source of clientele. It is true that most students seem to have earned themselves a spanking, and occasionally the implement used is a stainless steel ruler, but to my mind, there is very little erotic about the application of said ruler across the bare knuckles of a pair of hands stretched across the hard wood of an old-fashioned desk, especially when you compare it with the satisfying sound made by a palm on a bare, pink bottom.

October 18th, 2006 at 1:15 pm eWhile I don’t believe in gender inequality this reminded me of high school.Some of my classes had their membership determined by “ability.” I think it was based more on something we knew only as the California tests but might have been the prior year’s grades.In those there were always more girls than boys. One English class I recall was mostly female – mostly Jewish girls. I never drew a conclusion but did wonder somewhat.
